Disconnect and revoke access

1. Open Kairos Account Settings, choose Integrations, open the Google service, and remove the connected account.
2. To revoke the Google grant directly, open your Google Account's third-party connections page, select Kairos Connect, and remove access.
3. Disconnecting stops future API access and synchronization. It does not automatically delete records already imported into your Kairos workspace.

Delete imported or synchronized data

• Delete imported contacts, tasks, calendar records, documents, files, or email records from the corresponding Kairos feature where deletion is available.
• Workspace owners can delete the workspace or account to begin deletion of its active workspace data.
• For complete removal of Google-derived data, including records without a self-service deletion control, email support@thekairos.app from the connected account and request Google data erasure.

We verify deletion requests before removing active records and revoking connection credentials. Restricted backup copies expire under the applicable recovery schedule and are not restored as active data after a verified deletion decision.
