Questions
How does search work if data is encrypted?+
Search runs on your device over the decrypted history, so the server never sees plain text. Results are instant for the channels you have loaded.
Can Klarora reset my password if I lose it?+
Your account password can be reset. Chat keys are protected by a recovery phrase you keep; without it, encrypted history cannot be recovered by us, by design.
Is it compliant with GDPR?+
